About Daniel S. Williams

Attorney Daniel S. Williams has been licensed to practice law before all Courts of the Superior Court of California Judicial System. Attorney Williams is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law where he was the co-chair of Moot Court and participated in many other student volunteer organizations. Attorney Williams is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Monterey County Bar Association.

With a practice dedicated solely to family law matters, Attorney Williams has the most sophisticated and up-to-date electronic and print legal research materials and uses them in conjunction with his vast experience and expertise in navigating each of his cases to the most successful legal outcome for all of his clients. While some attorneys view their clients as just another case, Attorney Williams believes that just as his practice is dedicated to family law, his clients have become extended family, much like that of a family doctor, in that he is devoted to outcomes that heal conflicts and generate outcomes that affect the lives of more people than just his clients. Attorney Williams has generated success in many areas of family law including orders that have both allowed and prevented custodial parents from moving away to other states and countries, preserved assets of his clients, generated fair and equitable support orders, received and defended against domestic violence restraining orders, discovered hidden assets of spouses, etc.

Additionally, Attorney Williams is one of few attorneys who have used the Hague Convention to have courts of foreign jurisdictions order the return of children wrongfully taken out of the United States. In addition to his practice of law, Attorney Williams enjoys reading books, watching movies, spending time at the local beaches, and being with his own family.
